Will you take my packaging away?

Yes, our delivery teams will unpack all your furniture for you, and they will take away all the packaging for reuse and/or recycling.
What if I want to order extra pieces?

The furniture is currently only available as a set of 3 pieces – Wardrobe, Chest, Bedside. You can order additional sets from this website.
Will you deliver the furniture to my bedroom?

Yes, our delivery teams will place the furniture in the room of your choice - if you live in a high rise block (above 2 stories) there needs to be a working lift available to use that can fit the furniture in.
What do I do if I have any damage to my furniture?

The good news is all furniture is carefully manufactured at our UK factory using only scratch resistant materials, so we are proud of our very low damage rates. As our delivery teams unpack the furniture on delivery, if any damage is noticed, they would immediately either rectify this or organise a replacement unit and we will arrange a date to re-deliver. Otherwise, you have 14 days to notify us of any damage which is noticed after the day we delivered.
What if I want to cancel my order or I change my mind?

You can cancel the order at any time up to 14 days after we deliver your order. You would notify our Customer Service Team and they will arrange to have the furniture collected. It needs to be in the same condition as we delivered it.
When do I get my delivery?

Within a couple of days of placing your order, we will contact you by email/text message to offer you a delivery date. Once you accept the delivery date by replying to this message, we will make the delivery to you at home. You will receive your delivery within 10 working days of placing your order.
Will my furniture arrive fully assembled - even the wardrobe?

Yes, every item comes fully assembled, including wardrobes. Please bear in mind the wardrobes are delivered fully assembled and ensure we have sufficient access to your bedroom via any staircases.
Who will deliver my furniture?

All deliveries are made by our own professional 2 man home delivery teams. Your furniture comes directly from the factory to you at home, it is not passed between other delivery companies, thus greatly reducing the chance of damage.
