Shipping Policy
All our deliveries are free for our standard packs of furniture.

Our delivery service is available to all customers in England, Wales, mainland Scotland, and the Isle of Wight. Our 2-man team will deliver your furniture to your home on the date and time agreed with you.

All our furniture is made to order and once you have placed your order we will contact you via email or phone to confirm the time, date and place for delivery.
We will also contact you on the day before delivery to ensure that it is still convenient for you to receive our furniture - if for any reason you need to change the delivery date please contact us giving as much notice as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
In the unlikely event that there are any problems with your furniture please contact us either by phone or email and we will try and respond within 24 business hours. If possible we will try and address any issues to your satisfaction.
If we need to replace or return an item we will discuss and arrange with you a convenient time to deliver your replacement and collect the item that needs returning at the same time.
